Fire Kings is a dangerous archetype.It has one boss monster and he is Fire King High Avatar Garunix,with the effect that when sent to grave by an effect he special summons himself,and destroys all other monsters on the field.In this combo we can use Fire King Avatar Yaksha In which destroys a monster from hand,giving Garunix no need to appear on the field to be destroyed.This archetype got new support when they got Fire King Island and its effect states that when its destroyed,it destroys all monsters you control,giving another Garunix destruction and his effect reocurring on the next Standby Phase.Fire King Island also gives you a seach for a fire king while destroying a monster you control,it special summons a level 4 or lower FIRE Winged-Beast Monster.We have another great searcher for Garunix,and its name is Fire King Avatar Barong.He searches a wide variety of fire king monsters.Fire King Circle is another card that helps you get the garunix chain,it also revives your monster in cost of another from the field.Onslaught of the Fire Kings.This is the Cyber Dragon of the deck which lets you special summon a FIRE Winged-beast,Beast,or Beast-Warrior monster when you dont control one,however with its effect negated and being destroyed in the end phase.This incorporates Fire King Garunix and another cards effect  which i will be talking about soon.Then We have Yaksha and Barong,with the XYZ plays.They give you a variety of rank 4 monsters.I will be discussing about them in the future.Then We have Kirin and Little Garunix.They do provide some rank 3 plays,which i will be discussing.Also they have an effect that when a face-up fire king is destroyed by a card effect they special summon themselves.Also Kirin has a effect like an xyz monster which i will be talking about soon,it mills a card when destroyed,and little Garunix also has an effect when destroyed it special summons a fire king monster.This also goes for the big Garunix yet big Garunix gets this effect when only destroyed by battle while the little Garunix gets it whenever its destroyed,whether by a card effect or battle.

Other cards that accompany this deck:

Sacred Phoenix Of Nepthys:Is a level seven monster which has a similar effect to garunix only when destroyed and being revived it destroys spells and traps instead of monsters.They also with Big Garunix give a big variety of rank 8 plays aswell.

Blaster,Dragon Ruler Of Infernos:This card when discarded with another FIRE type monster it destroys a card on the field.It is also used for one monster swarm while banishing 2 fire or dragon in this case fire type to special summon itself.

Pyrorex,The Fire Elemental Lord:It is a very good card in combination with the fire kings since you mostly find them in the graveyard and he requires 5 fire monsters in the grave to be summoned.He also has the effect that when its summoned it can destroy a monster on the field and inflict both players damage equal to half of its original attack.It is also a beatstick of 2800 so if you happen to have him with blaster and Nepthys or 2400 more atk points monster in the field you could otk your opponent.It is also served for beating big attack monsters that have more than 2900 with the effect of destroying it and inflicting 1450 or more damage to your opponent.It can also be used for rank 8 with Garunix and Nepthys.

Flamvell Firedog:A great card that can be used in the 1v1 situation to make a rank 4 and summon a monster to direct attack.A great variety of decks use this card but for me Fire Kings benefit more than any deck from this card

Spell Cards That Fit Into The Deck:

Fire Formation Tenki:Its a great card allowing you to get Barong and get your deck a little bit faster.It also gives your Barong a boost.

Fire Formation Tensu:This card is great,it allows you to get 2 searches off of barong and it speeds your XYZ plays.

Upstart Goblin:Serves as your draw power.

The Big Cattle Drive:Goes well with the monsters of the deck and lets you draw many many cards.

Rekindling:To revive Yaksha and other Fire kings also enabling you to go for XYZ plays.

Fire Formation - Gyokko:Targeting a set card and not let it stop your OTK is really good and giving your monsters power-up.

Also The Staples:Raigeki,Snatch Steal,Mystical Space Typhoon,you can run dark hole aswell.

Traps:Needle Ceiling,Bottomless Trap Hole,Tensen,Generation Shift,Destruct Potion,Compulsory Evacuation Device,Skill Drain

Needle Ceiling:A great nuke card when there are 4 or more monsters destroy them all,with the possibility of you having garunix and him coming back,or nepthys for that matter.OTK stopper aswell.

Generation Shift:It destroys A monster and adds a monster with the same name.Its serves its purpose for getting Garunix or Any fire kings to the grave and getting another one to the hand.

Destruct Potion:It Goes great with Garunix and Nepthys,and its your healer,because most otks right now dont go more than 10000 LP so having to stand up with 100 or more is a really good matchup knowing that garunix will revive and destroy the monsters.

Tensen:For Giving Power-Up to your monsters.

Skill Drain:A very good card that is incorporated with crippling your opponents monsters.The fun fact is that it works with you when you destroy a Fire King its effect activates in the grave so Skill Drain aint got anythin to say bout dat tho.


                                                                   Combos


Garunix Chain: This combo is a monster destroying combo,relatively easy to do.You need to have these requirements:Have Circle of the fire kings,fire king avatar Yaksha,A Fire King High Avatar Garunix in Grave,and another one in hand,and a Circle Of The Fire King in hand.If You havent already summoned Yaksha,summon him (if you have you dont have to) then activate circle of the fire kings,Special Summon Garunix from grave,use Yakshas eff to destroy the other Garunix in hand.In the next standby Phase the garunix in grave will be special summon(if your opponent doesnt stop it)and the other one will be destroyed,and in the process destroying your opponents monsters.This will repeat every standby phase and your opponent will have a hard time dealing with this if he doesnt stop it

The Sacred Garunix:This requires to have one copy of The Sacred Phoenix of Nepthys And Garunix on the field.Then use Dark Hole,to destroy them both and in the next turn they will be summoned (If your opponent doesnt stop them),and this loop will continue if he doesnt stop them.

Weaknesses Of The Deck:Having Macro Cosmos helps againts this deck since the effects dont activate if they are banished,and you will render the circle of the fire kings useless.Dimensional Fissure takes a faster toll than Macro Cosmos,and Banisher Of Radiance is there as a beater allthough he can be fast countered.Necrovalley is like the end of the road for them because it doesnt allow them to special summon themselves.Allthough Abyss Dweller does this job more efficiently as he doesnt allow any grave effects.Bottomless Trap Hole is a little counter to the others above as it only banishes and that can be countered by leviair.Blackship of Corn takes a different approach then the other ones as it destroys but it doesnt let them activate their effects.It also gives a 1000 points of damage to them.Archlord Kristya and Other Special Summoning stoppers can cripple this deck to the point of not having anything to do.Soul Drain is a deadly card for them as it doesnt allow them to activate anything in the graveyard.
