Obelisk Homework #1

I'll put some homework for Obby's :
1.) Make Cloudian deck and win against Top tier deck with it. (Shaddolls,BA,Satellarknights or Fire Fists)
Reward = 75 DP
2.) If there are more than 1 "Black Whirlwind" on the field, when you summon blacking monster do only 1 or more Black Whirlwinds get's their effects ?
Reward = 25 DP
Ruling one is easy.
