Horakhty test rubric
At least 76/80 points in regular test are needed for this horakhty test.
Tester is allowed to play meta too.
When I say tester I mean me (angel) normal testers are not allowed to to test for horakhty test.
First horakhty test is free, second is 200, 3rd is 400, 4th is 600 etc.
1st part of test
Duel results:
Victory 10/10
Lose 0/10
Main deck ?/10
Extra ?/5
Card rulling knowledge ?/10
Missplays (-4 for each)
Skill in general ?/10 Did testee made good comeback, did he made any good moves, was he playing deck good?
Duel control: ?/10
Total: ?/55
2nd part of test
Tester is asked to make deck mixing two archetpyes (it's not allowed to mix archetpyes that are alerady known like it is Shaddolls and star seraphs, or zombies and lightsworn) you have to be original. Tester will decide if deck is legit.
Testee then plays against tester again, tester is not allowed to play meta this time
Victory 10/10
Lose 0/10
Main ?/10
Extra ?/5
Deck creativity ?/5
Competivety ?/15
Duel control ?/10
Total ?/55
Total ?/110
Horakhty 90-110
Obelisk 0-89
There you go, I hope you guys like test lol
If i did anything wrong, tell me, or if you want to suggest something feel free to say it.
I know test perhaps might not be the best, but I did it in 10 minutes...

Re: Horakhty test rubric
When I say tester I mean me (angel) normal testers are not allowed to to test for horakhty test.
I don't think that's entirely fair, what if you (Angel) are the one to test the person, they already know your style, etc... What I propose is a dice roll thing, each of us testers is assigned a number 1-6. Now, assuming someone makes it to the Horakthy test, they post in the designated section we can create, and do a dice roll, whatever number is landed on, that corresponding tester will test, keeping it totally random until the moment of truth so to speak, so no one person can "scout" ahead or get hints/pointers for any one specific tester.
Duel results:
Victory 10/10
Lose 0/10
Again, I don't think that's entirely fair, I believe since you made it to the Horakthy test in the first place it goes like this: 2-0 = 10 pts; 1-1 = 5 pts; 0-2 = 0 points. This rounds it out a bit more evenly.
Deck creativity ?/5
Really, and I mean really? Like if you're getting to the Horakthy test, you're most likely playing meta for the TCG format, and in that case, regardless of OCG cards, there's little to no creativity in making a meta deck, it's all about luck of the cards and duelist's skills. What I propose is the following edit:
Sportsmanship: ?/5
This being because just because you're a great duelist skill wise, doesn't mean you'll win at a big tourney or what not, sportsmanship is an issue, because rulesharkers, no matter how skilled, have and are being punished at events. Therefore, out of 5, the tester judges and its in their opinion: Friendliness, overall personality, overall demeanor, and most importantly of all, the GREETINGS, OVERALL SPEED OF THE DUEL, and FAREWELLS. Let's face it folks, how many times have we dueled where the person refuses to either A) say hi and/or "GLHF" or some other form of verbiage communication (I mean we're not robots) b) Either goes so slow because they're losing or for whatever reason, or goes so fast you have no time to read or activate cards in response and then they get mad at you for being slow, so you have to call an admin, and then they start insulting you (Well maybe a bit too specific XD but you get the point) or C) at the end of the duel, doesn't say "GG" and just leaves (this ties in with the previous two).
(2nd part of test)
Tester will decide if deck is legit.
Honestly, that's bias and unfair, what if they just don't like that build because it sounds stupid, i.e FireKingFists is a decent mix, doesn't work that well at times, but it's fun, yet some people I've talked to consider it "retarded". I propose that once again the die roll be used, discounting the tester of the test, and whatever number the die lands on the corresponding tester will evaluate the mixed archetype deck, and determine if it's legit and/or original.
Victory 10/10
Lose 0/10
If the testee can't play a deck they're familiar with, then this should be skewed in their favor, especially if the tester can use meta. I propose the following edit:
2-0 = 15 pts; 1-1 = 10 pts; 0-2 = 3 pts.
Competivety ?/15
Again, this will be determined by the independent tester along whether the deck is "legit" and/or original.
Total ?/55
Total ?/115
Horakhty 86-115
Obelisk 0-85
These are my proposed changes, let me know what you think, Angel.
