Main Deck Structure: 10/15 the deck can use a little work instead of running to bora the spear run 3 take out the level five blackwing u really dont need it and the deck does look like it can win consistanly it just need a little work to it to make it better

Extra Deck: 8/10 dont really need xyzs and 2 of every blackwing synchro add more differnt wind synchros to the extra deck

Use of Cards: 5/5 he was very useful with his cards and knowing evering like special summoning blackwings monsters to get out bigger monsters and using gale effect

There is some things wrong in the test results, tho :/
You cant put a 6/10 in result of the duel...if the tester won its 0/10 if the testee won (2-0/2-1) its a 10/10. Also btw the blackwing deck does need 2 of there synchros, since the level 5 synchro can bring the other one as welll as some other synchros. Just a bit of a heads up. I hope you change the mistakes i pointed
