Testee deck: Burning Abyss

Results of the Duel : 10/15
1-2 = 5/15
2-1 = 10/15
2-0 = 15/15

Control of duel: 7/15 - Back and forth game 2-3 you came out on top though but game 1 was all mine :3

Main Deck Build : 8/10 - Burning abyss is a pretty standardized build there are cards that are somewhat required due to the meta like raigeki break and some cards you dont need, like you really only need 2 calcab 1 alich theyre basically just to SS and make plays their effects are mainly a bonus.

Extra Deck : 3/5 - again pretty standardized, you dont really need the tri-edge levia nor the second alucard, you would be more than likely better off running a giga-brilliant, and perhaps a number 49

Concentration : 5/5 - reacted almost instantly little to no waiting time

Missplays : -5 for each missplay 10/10 - no misplays

Card/Ruling Knowledge : 10/10 - Knew the card rulings of both my cards and her's from what i can tell

Side Deck : 4/5 - pretty good mainly for the mirror and the qlip matchup, there are however better cards you could use to side vs shaddolls

Siding : 5/5 - did the only thing you could rogue decks are indeed hard to side against

Deck Originality : 3/5 - not really built like i mainly see it but its still BA not much room to be original

Sportsmanship : 5/5 - great to play against and just all around fun to talk to and what not.

Total: 70/90

Slifer Red : 0-49
Ra Yellow : 50-79 < -------------- 70
Obelisk Blue : 80-89
Normal test Horakhty gold : 90

(Retest for Horakhty Gold minimum of 86/90 is required)

main deck raigeki break? are you serious?

Why didn't you use the deck that destroyed me Phase? I don't recall a raigeki break in it...

phase didnt main deck raigeki break, but it is very useful in the qlip matchup and theyre bigger than shaddoll right now so you're better off running that to counteract their searching.

It's better in the side, if at all. It's purely situational and 1 raigeki can only be run, making it a dead draw most of the time and taking up space

do you know how to counter qlips? you destroy scout when theyre about to search you have your discard for the BA play style along with the ability to disrupt their plays.

with a side deck, you don't use your main deck to counter a specific deck

haha. It's pretty situnational.
but I find Phoenix Wing Wind Blast and Karma Cut better in today's meta.

it really depends i guess but qlips being so big youre better off with raigeki, karma cut really only helps against shaddolls and mirrors, shaddolls are handled well enough by the other traps in the deck and if you have any set up you can more than likely hold off a mirror without cut. and every BA deck tends to run 3 pwwb anyway.

Raigeki break is really unnecessary because the qliph matchup is already so easy for BA. Shaddolls are the harder one and raigeki break vs them is bunk
