Official Duel Academy Tournament #5

Around in a few weeks will have a grand tournament for the academies,Called the World Grand Academy Tournament.
This is qualifiers
If 8 sign up, the two people who are in the last duel win
If 16 sign up 4 get to go in
If 32 8 people ect…
Banned Decks: Win Condition and burn decks.
All duels will be in advanced unrated you must a screen shot of win and these duels will be a match.

And one more thing, u can't really make tourney here, you can only suggest it to staff and then we'll think about accepting. Cause u are not staff.

Cause this, i won't accept tourney cause u've broken rules with making so many account.

anyway, first it writes that in announcements only staff can make topic, u can't just come to academy, and as non-tested guy make some topic about tourney without contacting staff
on serious acadamies u can't do that
then, that is direct advertising by making topic called duel acadamey tourney that is forbidden too, which i really don't like
2nd, u definitly won't make successful tourney for all acadamies without contacting owners before

so yes, pretty much, u've broke few rules with this here
so no, tourney is rejected
