Ranking System(Suggestion)

So my suggestion is that you guys have a ranking system like this. They do a rank duel 2/3 (match). The winner gets a win. The loser gets a loss. If both of them agree to a draw its a draw or if the duel ends in a draw its a draw. The thing is that if you do this its think it would be best that you reset it each month and the people at rank 1,2,3 get dp
