Deck isn't so bad. I never used Yubel, so I don't know. Maybe you should run more cards which can counter today meta, like Hands engine.

add some evil elemental heroes to it and add all versions of yubel to it with their spell and trap cards.

it looks like the spells and traps were picked at random pick some token like spells so you can get out yubel faster if thats the point of the deck or just summon more attacking monsters like the monarchs to clear some of the field as well
