New Rules to get in Horakthy Gold

we still be staying with the testing but we have new rules to had

1.if you win a rank up tournament when your obelisk (we will have one every month)

2.End up in the top 3 in at least 10 tournaments as an Obelisk Blue.

3.If you're top 20 on either DN Rankings or YGO/DevPro Rankings; auto-obelisk unless already obelisk and get gold

Is this suggestion or is it already in charge? Because I don't like it, it's pretty bad actually.

to be fair shouldnt an admin be posting this cause they are the only ones who should have a say in this or we should at least have a poll for it

Do the tournaments HAVE to be hosted by GDA or is it any tournaments as long as the people in them are known by GDA ?
