Cross ban list tournament

I have been thinking for a while about a cross ban list tournament where players can play their favourite decks at full power. It would allow players to relive the decks they used to play at their prime and would allow us to finally answer the question "which deck is the most broken in all of tho?"

Idk something like a best out of five instead of a usual match setting as well, I think that would be fun as well, we'd get to play some of the old cards. A downside would be the difference in the formats that these decks were played in so siding would be weird

if that's so, I doubt people will remember two ban lists ago. We'll only know the current one and the one before it

Hmm but all one has to do is look at decks that won worlds etc and use the builds for those

Not every format but rather every era so for example full power inzektors, dragon rulers, nekroz, judgement spell books, infernity etc etc

Presumably, by era, you mean from when the ban list begins to when it ends.

At this point, if this is what you mean by, I will most likely, if not 100%, won't join the tournament. I don't feel like building a deck I'll only use once

Edit: Also, we are going through one tournament right now, plus my Dual Archetype Tournament is also up for thought, key word being thought.
